Herb Breau - Ottawa, ON - Chairman
Herb Breau was Member of Parliament for the
constituency of
Gloucester,
New Brunswick (now Acadie
Bathurst) from 1968 to 1984. He is a
graduate of Université de Moncton (1966) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce,
Administration. During his Parliamentary career, he was Minister of Fisheries
and Oceans; Parliamentary Secretary to Ministers of Industry, Trade and
Commerce, Energy and the Secretary of State for External Affairs; Chairman of the Canada-United States
Inter-Parliamentary Group; Chairman of Parliamentary Task Force on North-South
Relations (1980); and Chairman of Parliamentary Task Force on
Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements (1981); He was a Member of the
Trilateral Commission (1981-1984) and participant to the plenary meetings of Tokyo,
Rome, and Washington, DC; and Member of the Board of Governors of the
International Development Research Centre. He is equity owner and Board member
of various Companies assisting entrepreneurs in strategic direction,
structuring and planning. He is presently Chairman of the Board of Industries
Sitraco Inc., a private Company.
Kevin Comeau - Bathurst, NB
Kevin is
owner and President of KLC Management which is a shareholder in 3 companies
that employ over 125 people. Dynamic
Transport Inc. (operates a fleet of 200 units), InteliSys Aviation Systems Inc.
(develops and sells aviation software) and Tetagouche Holdings Inc. (owns
commercial, retail, and office space, and timberland). Kevin serves as the Vice-president
of finance for all 3 of these companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from
Dalhousie
University and a Certified Management
Accountant (CMA) designation. He sits on the Board of Community Business Bank
Corporation (CBDC) Chaleur and has participated in other advisory positions
over the years. In 2010, Mr. Comeau was one of 15 out of 228 nominations to participate
at The Wallace McCain Institute’s Entrepreneurial Leaders’ Program. Kevin was elected to the board of
directors of Imvescor Restaurant Group in 2010.
Léandre Cormier - Ste-Marie, NB
Léandre is President and
owner of West-Wood Industries Ltd. of
Scoudouc,
New Brunswick which produces high-end custom windows and
doors and other value-added wood products for Canadian and
U.S. markets. From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Cormier was the
president and owner of Georgetown Timber Ltd., of
Georgetown, P.E.I. Mr.
Cormier is currently a member of the Board of Governors of l’Université de
Moncton and Chairman of the Board of the
Canadian Lumber Standard Accreditation. He is an active member and past Chairman of
the Board of the Maritime Lumber Bureau and Entreprise South East. Mr. Cormier was also a member of the Board
of Director of Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) from 2003 to 2008. He
was member of the Board of La Caisse
Populaire de Ste Marie. He also served as Director for the Commission
économique du Nouveau-Brunswick from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Cormier was elected to
the board of directors of Imvescor Restaurant Group in 2010.
Gilles Pépin - Timmins, ON
Gilles Pépin is a senior foodservice executive with more than 35 years
experience in the restaurant and franchising industries in
Canada. Gilles is President & CEO of Fishbowl
Restaurants Inc., a
Northern Ontario based
Steak, Fish and Seafood restaurant chain.
Gilles served as President of Mikes Restaurants Inc. from 2000 to 2006, Chief
Operating Officer (COO) of Scores Restaurants from 2005 to 2007, COO of Baton
Rouge Restaurants in 2007 and Chief Business Development Officer for Imvescor
Inc from 2007 to 2009. He also served on
the Board of Directors of Pizza Delight Corporation Ltd. from 2002 to
2007. Prior to Imvescor, Gilles held
different executive positions in the
Quebec
restaurant industry including President & CEO of Pacini Restaurants Inc.
from 1991 to 1995 and vice president
development for Da Giovanni in 1997 and 1998.
Gilles Pépin holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from
École des Hautes Étude commerciales in Montréal.
Gabriel Sacratini - Montreal, QC
Over 25 years experience in Commercial and International Banking, Leasing and Investment Banking. He has held senior positions with such well-known institutions as the Toronto-Dominion Bank, Barclays, and Crédit Commercial de France and is currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Neegani Investment management Inc. A graduate of the former Loyola college (Concordia University), he is conversant in all apects of commercial lending from working capital loans to project financing. Additionally, through his involvement with Canadian Pension Equity Corporation, and more recently with Neegani Investment Management Inc., he has participated in private equity placements, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. He has also been a board member of many private firms prior to his appointment to the Board of PDM.
Gabriel was a a Trustee with PDM Royalties Income Fund from 2004 to 2009 and is the Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committees.
FOUNDING CHAIRMAN EMERITUS
Bernard Imbeault - Moncton, NB

Mr. lmbeault acquired the Pizza Delight business in 1969, one year after its inception. Mr. Imbeault holds positions on the boards of directors of a number of private companies and organizations but has limited his outside involvements over the past number of years to focus on the expansion of the Imvescor restaurant brands. Mr. Imbeault holds a BA in Economic science, a Masters in Commercial Science (Management) and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance). He has also completed postgraduate studies at the École nationale d’administration (ENA) in France. In 2003, Mr. Imbeault received an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from the Université de Moncton (New Brunswick) and in 2004, an honorary Doctorate in Law from Mount Allison University (New Brunswick). In 2003, Mr. Imbeault was awarded the Ernst & Young Atlantic Entrepreneur of the Year as well as the Top 50 CEO Award from the Atlantic Business Magazine. He also received the Paul Harris Award from the Rotary Club of Greater Moncton for his service to the community. In 2005, he was the Laureate recipient of the Junior Achievement New Brunswick Business Hall of Fame and in 2006, Mr. Imbeault was Atlantic Business Magazine’s CEO of the Year. He was inducted to the Top 50 CEO Hall of Fame by the Atlantic Business Magazine in 2007. In 2008, he received the Order of Merit from the Université de Moncton Alumni Association and was also presented with the Order of New Brunswick. In 2009, Mr. Imbeault was nominated as Honorary Lieutenant-colonel for the Fusilliers du St-Laurent in October by the Minister of Defense, Mr. Peter McKay.
SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND OFFICERS
Ronald N. Magruder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Ron Magruder is a 40-year veteran of the restaurant industry holding senior executive positions with such chains as Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel restaurants in the USA and Cara Operations Limited in the US and Canada. In 1993, he was the Gold Plate Award winner as Industry Operator of the Year and in 1999, he was Chairman of the National Restaurant Association in the USA. Ron oversees all brands and is actively involved in growing the company in terms of new restaurants and markets.
William R. Lane, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Since joining Pizza Delight Corporation in 1978, Mr. Lane has gained experience in almost every aspect of the business of the organization. Mr. Lane played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Mikes, Scores and Bâton Rouge and the IPO for the PDM Royalties Income Fund. He provides ongoing support and guidance to all Brands and departments of the organization. Mr. Lane received his designation of Certified Management Accountant in 1983, and has since continued his education completing such programs as the Advanced Management Program for the Hospitality Industry at the University of Guelph in 1990. Mr. Lane was also a director of Greater Moncton International Airport Authority from 2000 to 2008..
Kevin Friesen, Chief Operating Officer for Pizza Delight & Bâton Rouge

Kevin joined the company in 2002 and in 2003 he took on the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer for the Pizza Delight Brand. He now serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Pizza Delight and Bâton Rouge and his current responsibilities include marketing, advertising and sales growth for Pizza Delight and Bâton Rouge Brands. Kevin has 35 years experience in the foodservice Industry. His previous experience included five years as the Senior Vice President & General Manager for Little Caesars Canada and Zone Vice President for Little Caesars Enterprises in the Mid West USA. Prior to Little Caesars, he spent 10 years as Director of Marketing for A&W Food Services of Canada and three years as National Director of Operations for Smitty’s Pancake Houses - Canada. Kevin has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservice Association (CRFA) since 2004 and currently sits on the Board’s Executive Committee as Secretary, Chairman of Member Products and Chairman of the Dairy Supply Task Force.
Terry Faulconbridge, Chief Operating Officer for Mikes and Scores

Terry joined Imvescor as Chief Operating Officer of the Mikes Brand in September 2006. His responsibilities now include the overall operational management of the Mikes and Scores Brands. He has over 30 years experience in the foodservice industry. Prior to arriving at Imvescor, Terry was Senior Director at Loblaws companies, furthermore he dedicated eight years to Subway Québec as Vice-President and General Manager, nine years with Mikes Restaurants as Director of Operations and Director of Development. Prior, he spent 12 years in various positions with McDonald’s Restaurants. Terry is an alumnus of Concordia University and has been Chairman of the Board for the Foundation of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Montreal since 1999.
